Image of From Ebisu, the best place to live, through the art spots to the stylish town of Hiroo for the best hamburgers.

This time, we strolled one stop from Ebisu to Hiroo.

Ebisu and Hiroo may sound fashionable and a bit flashy, but there are also quieter, more folksy neighborhoods. The joy of strolling is discovering places that are usually passed by on the train and unknown to the public.

Starting at Ebisu Station (H02 on the JR Yamanote and Hibiya Lines), take the east exit on the first floor of the JR ticket gate, pass through the street by the McDonald’s, and you will see the small Sarutahiko Coffee store in front of you.

After taking out the drip coffee or cafe latte of the season, the next stop is Taiyaki. It is only a three-minute walk away.
Once you have your coffee and taiyaki, take a break at the nearby Ebisu Higashi Park. After that, walk about a minute to a vegan convenience store.
After shopping, stroll through the narrow back streets. A five-minute walk will take you to your next spot. It is a little tucked away, so look for the green clinic sign.
After enjoying the art, head toward Meiji-dori. It is a five-minute walk to the next spot.
If the season is good, you can walk under the cherry blossoms. Now let’s head for the shopping street in Hiroo. It takes about 7 minutes to the next spot.
Strolling along the shopping street, pass the Hiroo Station intersection and walk about 5 minutes to the next spot.
At National Azabu, buy a drink or something for the park. The next spot is right in front of you, a 0-minute walk. The park is large and has some elevation changes, so you can take a leisurely stroll.
When you are tired of walking, it is time for the next spot. It is a 3-minute walk. The best hamburger is waiting for you.

After eating a hamburger and relaxing, your walk is over.

The nearest station is Hiroo Station (Hibiya Line H03). If you have time, go shopping at “National Azabu” or “Meidi-ya” by the station and go home.

Hiroo is also connected to Aoyama, Roppongi, and Azabu Juban, so you can enjoy your stroll as many times as you like on different days. We will introduce them again on this site.
