The red brick station building has become not only a train station but also a tourist attraction. Both inside and outside the ticket gates, there are many buildings, stores, and other attractions. If you feel lost because of the large area, remember the two area names: “Marunouchi” on the west side (inside the Yamanote Line) and “Yaesu” on the east side.
