A ward facility was constructed on the occasion of the relocation to Toyosu, with fish market stores lining the first floor and a food court on the third floor. You can savor Western-style cuisine and soft ice cream (Milko Soft), both popular favorites from the Tsukiji Market. The food court may have the ambiance of a university cafeteria, but it proves convenient when you’re unsure what to eat in Tsukiji or when you need a break. Among these options, I especially recommend “Tekkaya,” operated by Hiei, a middle wholesaler specializing in tuna.

Located on the third floor of the Tsukiji Uogashi food court, the shop is run by “Toshiei,” a tuna wholesaler specializing in tuna. It’s a place reminiscent of a university cafeteria, but the taste is authentic. Even for those who are a little hesitant about tuna, the tuna bowl here is recommended.

TSUKIJI PARADISO 130m

A well-known Italian restaurant in Tsukiji. The signature dish, pescatore, is highly recommended. Though small, the restaurant has an atmosphere that makes it feel like something you would truly find in Italy.

TSUKIJI HONGWANJI 133m

This is the temple that gave rise to the place name “Tsukiji.” It was constructed by reclaiming land that was once the sea. Unlike ordinary temples, this one is a magnificent building in a foreign style. Within the premises, there is also the “Tsukiji Hongan-ji Cafe Tsumugi.”

KOMEDA IS HIGASHI GINZA 348m

It is affiliated with Komeda Coffee, but the contents are completely different. It is a rare cafe that offers a vegan menu. A little expensive.
